In the anthropomorphic world of mammals, Judy Hopps, the Rabbit from a remote town is living out her long-held dream of becoming a police officer in Zootopia, but her chief Bogo ignores her talents and puts her in charge of parking. When Judy left her post to catch a flower thief, she was accidentally appointed to investigate the mystery of the disappearance of mammals. On the way to find the truth, Judy forced Nick, who was abducted and abducted in Zootopia, to be his helper. But it was discovered that there was a huge conspiracy hidden behind this case.
