This awesome romantic comedy with Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson made a ton of people wonder if they could rock a fancy yellow dress with no back. Let's see what the cast has been up to since the movie came out in 2003.

Kate Hudson played Andie Anderson

Before taking on the role of Andie in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Hudson had already impressed audiences and even received an Oscar nomination for Almost Famous (2000). Hudson has also shown her talent on the small screen, appearing as a strict dance instructor named Cassandra July on Glee and in the Apple TV+ series Truth Be Told.

Aside from acting, Hudson has ventured into other endeavors. She launched her clothing brand, Fabletics, and even started her own vodka company, King St. Vodka. In 2016, she published a book titled Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body. Hudson also co-hosts a podcast called Sibling Revelry with her brother, Oliver.

As for her personal life, Hudson has three kids. She has a son named Ryder with her ex-husband Chris Robinson, a son named Bingham with her ex-fiancé Matt Bellamy, and a daughter named Rani Rose with her current fiancé Danny Fujikawa.

Matthew McConaughey played Ben Barry

Alright, alright, alright! Since McConaughey's charming character Ben worked his magic to make Andie fall in love with him in just 10 days, the actor has enjoyed some serious success. Most notably, he starred in Dallas Buyers Club (2013), which earned him an Academy Award for Best Actor.

McConaughey has graced the big screen in movies like Magic Mike (2012), Mud (2012), and Interstellar (2014). He also made waves on TV, starring in the first season of HBO's True Detective and lending his voice to the character Buster Moon in the Sing franchise.

You might also know McConaughey from his popular marketing campaign with the Lincoln Motor Company, where he delivers thought-provoking monologues while cruising in Lincoln cars. He has also been an advocate for gun control following a tragic mass shooting in his hometown of Uvalde, Texas. In 2020, McConaughey published a memoir called Greenlights, and he's working on his second book, a children's picture book called Just Because.

McConaughey tied the knot with Camila Alves in 2012, and they have three children together: Levi, Vida, and Livingston.

Kathryn Hahn played Michelle

Hahn made her mark playing Andie's best friend, whose unfortunate breakup inspired Andie to write her famous article. The next year, she appeared in the hit movie Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004).

Hahn continued to shine in films like Step Brothers (2008), Revolutionary Road (2008), and Wanderlust (2012). After perfecting the art of being the sidekick in romantic comedies, she transitioned into leading roles in movies like Afternoon Delight (2013) and Bad Moms (2016). In 2022, Hahn reunited with Hudson in the Oscar-nominated film Glass Onion.

Hahn's talent also extends to television, with roles in HBO's I Know This Much Is True and Disney+'s WandaVision. Her character, Agatha Harkness, is even getting her own spin-off series called Agatha: Coven of Chaos.

Hahn has been married to Ethan Sandler since 2002, and they have a son named Leonard Henry and a daughter named Mae Marie.

Adam Goldberg played Tony

Before portraying one of Ben's friends who witnesses the whole experiment unfold (and nearly sabotages it), Goldberg had already appeared in a variety of films, including Dazed and Confused (1993), Saving Private Ryan (1998), and A Beautiful Mind (2001). After the romantic comedy, Goldberg focused heavily on television, starring in shows like Fargo, Taken, and The Equalizer.

In addition to his on-screen work, Goldberg is a talented multi-instrumentalist. In 2009, he released an album titled Eros and Omissions, featuring Flaming Lips drummer Steven Drozd. They had previously collaborated on musical arrangements and compositions for the film I Love Your Work (2005).

Goldberg is married to artist and designer Roxanne Daner. They have three sons together. Unfortunately, their first son, Bix, was stillborn in 2012. However, in 2014, they welcomed their second son, Bud, followed by their third son, Sonny, in 2018.
